WebEx: Share Password Protected Webex Recording Publicly

  1. Log into fscj.webex.com

  2. In the left pane, click on Recordings.

  1. Next to your recording, click on the Share icon.

  1. Next, choose Anyone with the link can view this recording.

  1. Click on the Copy icon, then click Save.

  1. Next, paste the recording information into Outlook, Notepad, or Posting.

  1. Send email or post recording information to your attendees.

Attendee Perspective

  1. Copy the recording link and paste it into your web browser, or click on the link provided in the email. 

  1. Enter password and click Playback.

  1. Click the Play button.
