How to Access the 1098T Form
Log in to myFSCJ with your student credentials.
In the 'Student Center', click on ‘Financial Account’ tile.
On the left side menu, click ‘View 1098-T’.
Select the year you wish to view and download.
NOTE: You will need to turn off your pop-up blockers for the PDF to populate
