Faculty: Request Canvas Access for Student Incomplete Resolution
Visit help.fscj.edu and select Submit A Help Ticket in the upper right corner.
From the Help Center, select the Canvas tile
Select the option for Canvas Access for Incomplete Resolution
This will launch a request where you are required to provide:
Course #
Student EMPLID
Student Name
Last day of I grade contract
Additional comments (optional)
Click Send
After submitting, your ticket will be routed and you will receive an email to follow the request and it’s resolution. For questions, email EdTech@fscj.edu.
