Jabber Request and Setup

Due to limited licensing, Jabber devices are created upon IT approval. To request Jabber access, please submit a request to the Helpdesk at (904)631-3151 or submit a ticket online at help.fscj.edu.
As an alternative, you can forward your primary extension to another line, mobile, of landline by going to the website phones.fscj.edu. Remember to prefix the number with 9 so it can dial out.

Domestic non-904: 918506323151
If you are unable to forward your line, submit a ticket including your primary extension and the phone number to forward to.
If you have Jabber access already, contact your local techsupport to assist with the installation. After the installation, sign into Jabber with your FSCJ userID and FSCJ password.
Please use the following formats when dialing internal and external phone numbers from your Jabber:
