WebEx: Share Password Protected Webex Recording Publicly
#1. Log into webex.fscj.edu
#2. In the right pane, click on Recordings.
#3. Next to your recording, click on the Share icon.
#4. Next, choose Anyone with the link can view this recording.
#5. Click on the Copy icon, then click Save.
#6. Next, paste the recording information into Outlook, Notepad, or Posting.
#7. Send email or post recording information to your attendees.
Attendee Perspective
#1. Copy the recording link and paste it into your web browser, or click on the link provided in the email.
#2. Enter password and click Playback.
#3. Click the Play button.
