How to Browse a Job Opening

To Browse a Job Opening, follow the steps below.

Login to my.fscj.edu and using the NavBar on the far upper right-hand side of your screen, next select the Navigator option. Next navigate to Recruiting > Browse Job Openings.

2. Use the Browse Job Openings page to view jobs you have access to as a Hiring Manager or Search Committee member.

3. Use the Filter By links to filter the job openings list based on criteria such as My Association, Department, Hiring Manager, Recruiter, Job Family, Location, Status and Created In. Please note your individual Filter By options may be different than those shown in the example.

4. Use the Search Job Openings to perform more specific job searches, including searches by Job ID or Posting Title.

5. Select the Posting Title hyperlink to access the specific posting to view the applicant pool.

Alternatively, you can: 

Login to my.fscj.edu and using the center drop-down menu navigate to Employee Self Service. Next select the Careers & Recruiting tile.

From the Careers & Recruiting menu select the Recruiting Activities tile.

From the Recruiting Activities page select the Browse Job Openings menu option from the left-hand side menu.

Select the Posting Title hyperlink to access a specific posting to view the applicant pool.
