Faculty & Staff: Request A Replacement Employee Photo

Employee photos that have been loaded into PeopleSoft are visible internally to coworkers, supervisors, and students within systems such as myFSCJ (PeopleSoft), Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.), Canvas, WebEx, and Active Directory. 

To upload a photo other than the image currently shown: 

· Visit myFSCJ (my.fscj.edu) 

· Select the Employee Self Service option from the dropdown menu 

· Click the About tile 

· Then select Personal Details 

· Click select Update Profile Image 

· A new window will open to allow you to upload a new image into the system. Please ensure that your browser is not preventing pop-ups. 

Once the image is accepted, you will receive email notification whether your image was approved or forwarded for approval. Once approved, the image should appear in myFSCJ by the following day and other systems will sync the change as time allows.

Before submitting, please ensure the photo meets the following guidelines: 

· Employee must be the only person/face in the picture. 

· Pictures other than the employee or of/with the employee’s pet or family member will not be accepted. 

· Background must be plain and of one color. 

· Employee must be forward-facing. 

· Employee cannot wear sunglasses or hats in photos. 

· Picture should be cropped to show only the upper chest and head area, with the entire head shown. “Selfies” do not qualify as a professional head shot. 

· Picture must be submitted in .jpg, .png, or .gif format.
