Faculty: Request Canvas Access for Student Incomplete Resolution

Visit it.fscj.edu and select Get Help in the upper right corner
Alternatively, you may also go directly to help.fscj.edu
Click the Login button at the bottom and sign in with your College Credentials
From the Help Center, select the Canvas tile
Select the option for Canvas Access for Incomplete Resolution
This will launch a request where you are required to provide:
Course #
Student EMPLID
Student Name
Last day of I grade contract
Additional comments (optional)
Click Send
After submitting, your ticket will be routed and you will receive an email to follow the request and it’s resolution. For questions, email EdTech@fscj.edu or submit a general ticket at help.fsjc.edu.

Once you and your student have agreed on a timeline, you will have to make your Canvas course available to the student. Follow the directions below to initiate this request:
Visit it.fscj.edu then select Services
Log in using your College credentials
Select Canvas LMS from the categories on the left
Select Canvas Access for Incomplete Resolution
This will launch a request where you are required to provide:
Course #
Student EMPLID
Student Name
Last day of I grade contract
Additional comments (optional)
Click submit.
