Faculty & Staff: How to Subscribe to FSCJ Calendars
Have important events added to your calendar!
There is so much going on around the college that it can be difficult to keep up. Thankfully, there are ways to add these events to your calendar so you'll always know what's going on college-wide.
Simply visit https://www.fscj.edu/news-events/calendar to quickly see events that are happening now and to subscribe to specific calendars to be notified of future events. Not sure how to subscribe? Check out our brief tutorial below!
Some of the most popular calendars are listed on the far right. Click on the Career Development Center link.
You are now given a list of the upcoming Career Development Center events and two different options to add these events to your calendar.
Subscribe: This option will attempt to automatically launch your computer's default calendar and subscribe to the Career Development Center's current and future events. You may be prompted to confirm that you wish to subscribe. Please accept these messages to have the calendar added.
Export: This option allows you to download an .ics file that can be saved to your computer and then opened with any calendar program that accepts that file type. This downloaded file contains the calendar events that have been scheduled. It does not automatically update if there are changes made to the original schedule.

Click on the ‘Subscribe’ link below the calendar you wish to follow.
Select the iCalendar Subscribe option.
Choose the Outlook program when prompted.
Verify that the calendar is automatically generated in your Outlook Calendar page, integrating FSCJ events seamlessly into your schedule.
Option 3: iCalendar Download
Click on the ‘Subscribe’ link.
Select the iCalendar Download option.
Download the calendar file, which will open in your specified email service.
Import the downloaded calendar file to your calendar application to keep track of events.
Option 4: RSS Feed/ATOM/XML Feed
Click on the ‘Subscribe’ link.
Select the RSS Feed/ATOM/XML feed option.
Copy the provided link.
Paste the link into your preferred feed reader to receive updates in your chosen application.
