Once you and your student have agreed on a timeline, you will have to make your Canvas course available to the student. Follow the directions below to initiate this request:
Visit it.fscj.edu then select Services
Log in using your College credentials
Select Canvas LMS from the categories on the left
Select Canvas Access for Incomplete Resolution
This will launch a request where you are required to provide:
Course #
Student EMPLID
Student Name
Last day of I grade contract
Additional comments (optional)
Click submit.
