Introduction
This guide explains how employees can opt out of displaying their FSCJ photo in public-facing applications, such as the Web Employee Directory, while still keeping internal photos mandatory.
Prerequisites
Access to myFSCJ Employee Self Service page.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Access the Employee Self Service Page:
Go to myFSCJ.
Log in with your employee credentials.
Navigate to the Profile Photo Opt-Out Option:
Select the About Me tile

on the dashboard.
Within the About Me section, click on the Profile Photo Opt-Out

tile.
Opt Out of External Photo Display:
On the Employee Photo External Opt-Out page,

find the option to opt out.
Select Yes to opt out of
...
displaying your photo
...
in external applications.
Save Your Changes:
Click Save to confirm your choice to opt out.
Additional Information
This change will only affect public-facing applications; internal systems will still display your photo.
