While in This guide will help you access the FSCJ Technical Support Desk through the employee/student portal (my.fscj.edu), you can access a link to the FSCJ Technical Support Desk by clicking the Actions List button, then clicking Help. The Actions List is located in the header portion of the portal and looks like three dots stacked vertically.
