Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the Microsoft Outlook Calendar Invitation.croll
Locate and open the meeting invitation in your Outlook calendar.
Find the Video Conference ID
Scroll down to the section titled
Join with a video conferencing device
.
Note the unique Video Conference ID number provided.
From Use the Webex Navigator Tablet
On the Webex navigator tablet in the conference room, dial fscj@m.webex.com.
Enter the Video Conference ID
Look up at the main screens
in the conference room.
When prompted, enter the unique Video Conference ID number, followed by the
#key to join the meeting.
