Inactive Student Status
Students with an FSCJ student email account who have not enrolled in a class during the past three terms will be transitioned to a Microsoft 365 A1 license. They will retain full access to their email and Microsoft Office web applications. However, they will no longer be able to license their Office installations on personal devices, including PCs, tablets, and cell phones.
OneDrive Storage
Active FSCJ students are provided with a OneDrive account featuring 100GB of storage. This storage space is linked to the student's Microsoft 365 account and remains active as long as the student’s email address is valid.
