At the end of each term, you will need to input your final grades into MyFSCJ. To begin, first log in This guide will walk you through the process of entering final grades into MyFSCJ, the portal used for managing academic records at Florida State College at Jacksonville.

Step 1: Log in to MyFSCJ

  • Enter your college credentials

  • Select (username and password) to log in.

Step 2: Access the Faculty Center

  • Once logged in, locate the Center Navigation drop-down menu

  • Click the My Faculty Center tile. 

  • Select the grade roster of the specified class. at the top of the page.

  • From the drop-down menu, select Faculty Center.

Step 3: Open My Faculty Center

  • Click on the My Faculty Center tile. This will take you to your personal teaching and grading dashboard.

Step 4: Select the Grade Roster

  • In your Faculty Center, you will see a list of the classes you are teaching.

  • Find the class for which you want to input final grades and select the Grade Roster link next to it.

Step 5: Enter Final Grades

  • Once you are on the Grade Roster page for your class, enter the final grades for each student in the appropriate fields.

  • Make sure to review each entry for accuracy before submitting.

Step 6: Submit Grades

  • After entering all grades, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to finalize the grades.

  • You may receive a confirmation message indicating that the grades have been successfully submitted.

  • It is recommended to verify the submission by checking back after a few minutes to ensure that all grades are recorded correctly.
