  1. Open the calendar invitation.

  2. Scroll to and click Join Meeting

  3. If prompted, sign into WebEx with your FSCJ email address and click Next.

  4. If prompted, sign into the FSCJ Single Sign On page with your userID and password, then click Sign in.

  5. At the Audio/Video preview, set your audio to Call in, set your Video to On or Off, then click Join Meeting.

  6. After Webex WebEx launches into the meeting, use your office phone to dial into the Call-in phone number provided.  Enter the meeting number and your attendee ID.

  7. Begin sharing your content and begin your meeting.

Keep your session engaging by asking questions, giving the floor to others and encourage everyone to turn their video on. Share your application to show the meeting agenda,
presentation, actions, etc., and refer to it regularly to drive discussion and boost participation. If you have uploaded your presentation, the screen annotation tools are very useful to keep everyone on the same page.
