Jabber Request and Setup

Due to limited licensing, Jabber devices are created upon IT approval.  To request Jabber access, please submit a request to the Helpdesk at (904)631-3151 or submit a ticket online at help.fscj.edu under the Campus Tech Support tile / Request Phone services.

As an alternative, you can forward your primary extension to another line , mobile, of landline by going to the website phones.fscj.edu.  Remember to prefix the number with 9 so it can dial out.

If you are unable to forward your line, submit a ticket including your primary extension and the phone number to forward to. 

 

If you have Jabber access already, contact your local techsupport to assist with the installation.  After the installation, sign into Jabber with your FSCJ userID and FSCJ password.
