WebEx: Connecting an unscheduled TelePresence Conference Room Endpoint to a WebEx Meeting
Call directly into the meeting address:
1. After the meeting has started or after the host has logged in, from the Touchpad, dial XXXXXXXXX@fscj.webex.com (where XXXXXXXXX is your meeting number. For example, 123234345@fscj.webex.com).
2. Follow directions noted on the Telepresence screens. They may prompt you to either input your Host Key, found in the meeting details, or input attendee ID found in your 'Call In' information pop-up box.
Join via your laptop:
1. From your laptop, log into webex.fscj.edu and click "Start" or "Join" to launch Webex.
