WebEx: How to Obtain a WebEx Account

To obtain a Webex account, please submit a request online by clicking on the following link: Activate WebEx Account

If you tried to create a Webex Event Program or tried to create a Webex Event, and you were prompted that you do not have permissions, please send a detailed email to IT-UCAdmins@fscj.edu to check your Webex Meetings Suite licensing.

For more information, see KB0010904 Getting Started with Cisco WebEx Personal Room, WebEx Meetings, and WebEx EventsAll staff and actively-enrolled students taking a class have access to a Webex Account.  If a student is not taking a class, they will not have a Webex account that term.

To confirm that your account is active, do the following:

 1. Confirm by going to fscj.webex.com.

  1. Click the Sign In button in the top right-hand corner.

  2. Enter your student email address.

  3. Continue the sign in process when prompted with the Single Sign-On portal

  4. After you authenticate, you will be redirected to your Webex dashboard.
