Blank Worksheets in Excel
If you download a report in Excel format from PeopleSoft, but the file opens to a blank worksheet, please follow the steps below:
Open Excel
Click on File > Options
Select Trust Center > Trust center settings
Select Protected view
Uncheck all the options under Protected View > then click OK
Restart Excel and try to open the Excel document again
