#1. In the File Menu, go to Participant, then enable Anyone Can Share.  When Anyone Can Share is enabled, it will have a check mark.  An attendee simply clicks on the Share button to begin sharing their Desktop or Desktop Application.

To disable Anyone Can Share, simply uncheck it.  To pass the Presenter Role, go to your Participant List, right-click the attendee, go to Change Role, then click on Make Presenter.  An attendee will have the Webex Ball on their name when they have the Presenter Role.  Only one has the Presenter Ball at a time.
