How to Access the 1098T Form

Log into MyFSCJin to myFSCJ with your student credentials.
In the 'Student Center', click on Financial Account ‘Financial Account’ tile.
On the left side menu, click View click ‘View 1098-TT’.
Select the year you wish to view and download.
