  • Visit ithelp.fscj.edu and select Get Submit A Help Ticket in the upper right corner

    Click the Login button at the bottom and sign in with your College Credentials

  • From the Help Center, select the Canvas tile

  • Select the option for Canvas Access for Incomplete Resolution

  • This will launch a request where you are required to provide:

    • Course #

    • Student EMPLID

    • Student Name

    • Last day of I grade contract

    • Additional comments (optional)

  • Click Send

After submitting, your ticket will be routed and you will receive an email to follow the request and it’s resolution. For questions, email EdTech@fscj.edu or submit a general ticket at help.fsjc.edu.it.fscj.edu

Once you and your student have agreed on a timeline, you will have to make your Canvas course available to the student. Follow the directions below to initiate this request:

  • Visit it.fscj.edu then select Services

  • Log in using your College credentials

  • Select Canvas LMS from the categories on the left

  • Select Canvas Access for Incomplete Resolution

  • This will launch a request where you are required to provide:

    • Course #

    • Student EMPLID

    • Student Name

    • Last day of I grade contract

    • Additional comments (optional)

  • Click submit.
