Go to help.fscj.eduClick on Submit a Ticket https://fscj.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals
Log in using your FSCJ Employee Credentials.
Choose MyFSCJ as the CategoryChoose Student Records as the Subcategorythe Student Records tile.
Select Other Student Records issues or questions.
Fill out all other areas of the ticket as appropriate, being as detailed as possible and providing your contact information.
Click Submit.
